We are seeking Attorneys (Mid-Senior Level) in the areas of General Liability, Premises Liability, and Personal Injury.

About the Role

We are currently seeking Attorneys with 5-7 years of experience working in a Trial Firm handling i nsurance defense mattersto join our statewide practice. The ideal candidates should possess strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research, with a preference for federal court experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle premises liability, PI, insurance defense matters in South Florida (Miami) as well as Statewide
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Provide oral advocacy in various legal settings
• Work on writing and drafting legal documents
• Must be Admitted & in good standing with the Florida Bar

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience working as a Trial Lawyer in a Defense Firm, preferably in the areas listed above
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to conduct legal research and analysis
