What Will I be Doing?
The Financial Analyst, Business Operations will assist the Sr Manager of Business Operations by designing and maintaining financial and statistical reports, and by tracking Marketing Headcount, Compensation Targets, and overall performance for all sites in the North America & Europe Regions as well as support leadership to promote an efficient and effective means of analyzing and forecasting operations; partner with on-site Business Operations teams to achieve targets through operational reporting and analysis, cost control, inventory management, compensation, budgeting, forecasting, and continual analysis and improvement of operational processes, procedures and programs.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Partner with Regional Business Operations teams to collect site level information for the Field Marketing division related to Headcount, Targets, Comp Plans and overall, Field Marketing objectives
- Assist with timely design, creation, and maintenance of accurate operational reports to track overall marketing performance as well as regional team's performance
- Create performance reports, to measure compensation plans and target efficiencies, and financial statistics for direct use and/or for site leaders and team members
- Track Budgeted, Forecasted, and Actual Arrivals information to monitor trends and highlight areas of opportunity or risk for further review
- Monitor and communicate staffing levels, recruiting targets and tour forecasts for optimal efficiency
- Establish uniform reporting templates to be utilized by local Business Operations teams in the region to ensure consistency and easy translation into regional analysis
- Create ad-hoc reports typically utilizing Excel, Cognos, and/or Hyperion as directed to aid in decision making and monitor various aspects of the business
- Assist with building PowerPoint Decks and Executive Summaries ensuring accuracy of formulas and information to provide clear, concise overviews for Leadership
- Maintain a Departmental SharePoint site housing all information for easy access and use across the team

- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For:
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment
- Flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- Accounting or Finance Experience
- Vacation Ownership experience
- Advanced Excel Experience
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, and/or Cognos
- SQL, VBA, or other programming languages
