Express Service Associate Salary Range

• $23.36 - $24.89 Per Hour

Express Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities

• Build new relationships and membership through sales initiatives cross-sell opportunities and provide referrals to other areas of the credit union.
• Maintains a thorough and current knowledge of SCCU lending and deposit account promotions, criteria, guidelines, procedures, policies, and processes, in order to provide members with current information, and process loans and deposit accounts appropriately.
• Develops and analyzes reports in order to monitor performance, efficiency, and service levels against goals. Delivers required reporting to the Director of Retail Services in a timely manner.

Express Service Associate Minimum Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years prior experience in sales and customer service or consumer loan processing/interviewing. Telephone sales preferred.

• High School plus additional course work gained through attendance at vocational, technical or business school or equivalent experience.

• Ability to obtain CUNA Mutual licensing within the first eight weeks of initial employment. A CUNA Mutual license is required for this role. (Team members will be required to pay for the licensing and will be reimbursed with proof of receipt on the first paycheck after submittal)
• Prior banking/credit union experience is desired
• Open to 2nd shift
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole Preferred

Express Service Associate Hours

• Must be available M - F 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 8:45 am - 3:00 pm
