Overview

As our Treatment and Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth practice operations by presenting treatment plans, managing schedules, coordinating patient appointments, and facilitating treatment plan follow-ups. You’ll also help maintain a welcoming environment that makes every patient feel valued and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient schedules, ensuring efficiency and minimal wait times
• Present treatment plans, track planned treatments, and follow up with patients
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and resolving concerns
• Handle registration, billing, collections, and cash posting processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and oversee all filing/organizational systems
• Contribute to practice goals by effectively managing schedules and supporting revenue targets
• Uphold Sunrise Smiles Dentistry policies, professional standards, and commitment to service excellence
• Assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting
• Background in billing and knowledge of insurance protocols
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
• Familiarity with healthcare software and computer systems
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and patient population
