Scan Team Member
Job Summary/Overview
The Scan Team Member is responsible for quality control of the file management process for assigned projects to include inventory, location, deconstruction, scanning, indexing, and verifying.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Scans documents into applicable document management system
- Maintains excellent documentation of each file's location
- Edits images, if needed, for a clean scan
- Organizes scanned documents by folder, sub-folder, attribute, and bookmark
- Completes requests to reproduce copies of documents and images
- Verifies all outgoing documents for accuracy and processes within company guidelines
- Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Technical Skills)
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous filing system, document management and/or database experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be able to read, write and understand English and have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 7/10
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments
- Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to streamline duties where applicable
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes
- Ability to accurately performs repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently or with a team, shift priorities, and demonstrate decision making abilities
- Ability to assume responsibility for projects and operate efficiently within a team environment
