Looking for a Delivery Driver , Courier , or Package Delivery job near Jacksonville, FL ? Join Route Management Associates, a FedEx Ground contractor, and enjoy steady work, weekly pay, and a team that values safety, respect, and your success. Deliver to Palm Coast and St. Augustine with local routes averaging 120–160 stops per day .

Pay & Benefits- $150/day

- Full-time: 5 days/week (includes 1 weekend day)
- Part-time: 2–3 days/week
- Start 7:30 AM until route completion
- Arrive on time to pick up your route
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Safely load, scan, and deliver packages
- Use GPS to complete deliveries
- Handle packages up to 100 lbs
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Box truck driving experience required
- Able to work in all weather
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
- CDL not required
