Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning, curiosity, and respect among children.
• Monitor and support children's behavior through effective behavior management strategies.
• Facilitate age-appropriate activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum development initiatives tailored to diverse learning styles and special education requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of children's progress, including assessments related to standardized testing and individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, milestones, and classroom experiences.
