Superintendent - Commercial Construction (Tier 3) x's 2 POST NUMBER: 479712
Hiring a few Superintendents for a commercial construction client in South Florida.
Location: must reside in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale region, will be going to project sites throughout South Florida Compensation: base salary annual discretionary performance bonus employee share programCompany benefits, pto & 401k match **Must have prior experience working on $75-100m commcercial construction projects (examples: hotels, casinos, airport terminals, mixed-use buildings)**Must-Haves:
- Field Supervisor / Superintendent experience leading construction teams and direct reports
- Experience creating and managing project schedules using scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Strong understanding of coordinating self-perform work, subcontractors, and managing three-week lookahead schedules
- Experience tracking productivity rates and labor cost reporting
- Proven ability to lead site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, trades, and project teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Journeyman certification or degree in Engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, coach, and support field teams to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality project execution
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and resources to keep projects on track
- Develop and manage project schedules, including critical path planning and three-week lookaheads
- Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain budget and schedule goals
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders
