Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Product and AI for a full-time, remote position. This role will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, aligning them with the company’s mission and business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage roadmaps, and integrate AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and fostering a culture of innovation. You will play a critical role in scaling our platform to meet the evolving needs of hiring professionals and candidates alike.

Qualifications

- Computer science, machine learning, or engineering background — this is a technical leadership role first, product role second

- Deep fluency in AI/ML architecture: model selection, LLM integration, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and inference optimization

- Can evaluate engineering tradeoffs, challenge architecture decisions, and hold a peer conversation with an NVIDIA or Azure research team

- Track record building AI-native products — not adding AI to products, but designing systems where AI is the core mechanism

- Experience with AI governance in high-stakes environments — bias detection, model risk, auditability, EU AI Act or equivalent

- Product judgment grounded in market reality — knows when to build, when to buy, and what customers will actually use

- Has built and led technical product and AI teams, not just managed roadmaps
