Formulation Scientist
- Develop and optimize chemical formulations for stability and effectiveness
- Conduct laboratory trials, analyze results, and resolve formulation challenges
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product launches
- Improve existing formulations based on testing and customer feedback
- Ensure formulations meet safety and regulatory standards
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in formulation chemistry
- Strong knowledge of organic and analytical chemistry
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and data analysis
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with clear communication skills
- Full-time, on-site role
- Standard weekday schedule
