This is an active-duty role for an IM Physician to become a Medical Corps Officer in the Navy.

Specialty: Internal Medicine

Annual Compensation: $250,000 to $290,000

Responsibilities: As an Internal Medicine physician in the Navy, you will practice comprehensive, patient-centered medicine across a variety of clinical settings. You will have the opportunity to manage complex medical conditions, lead multidisciplinary teams, and make a direct impact on the lives of service members and their loved ones. Whether working in a state-of-the-art military treatment facility or supporting global missions, you will deliver medicine that matters.

· $400,000 Sign-On Bonus

· $43,000 Specialty Incentive Pay

· $8,000 Board Certification Pay

· CME Allowance
