What You'll Do
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service
- Deliver accurate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business with confidence
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and account servicing with precision and compliance
- Navigate agency platforms including Epic, Quote Rush, Citizens Insurance (Easylinks), RingCentral, Outlook, and Excel
- Represent the agency professionally at client meetings and community events
- Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain high client retention
What You Bring
- Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or client service (P&C focus)
- Proven success in closing deals and retaining clients
- Clear, confident phone presence and strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor for client-facing interactions
- Stable employment history with minimal job changes
