DG is currently seeking a well-rounded Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic Accounting/Finance Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle our company's bills and manage the accounts payable ledger effectively. • Manage all aspects of accounts payable functions, including weekly payment duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit memos, and other financial documents.
• Obtain necessary approvals and signatures for payments.
• Conduct regular audits and verify expense reports for accuracy.

• Maintain accurate accounting ledgers by posting transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and updating vendor information.
• Record sales taxes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with document preparation and records management in accordance with company policies.
• Perform
  additional tasks assigned by management

• Follows all
  DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility
  Engineer/Safety Director

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an accounting environment, with a strong understanding of accounts payable principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills in English
