Travel Booking Specialist (Remote)-Florida
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Booking Specialist to assist clients with travel planning support, booking coordination, and customer service. This role focuses on guiding clients through travel arrangements, handling updates, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Assist with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations
Provide accurate travel information and documentation guidance
Maintain detailed client records
Follow up before and after travel to ensure satisfaction
Resolve concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning booking systems and online platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
