Client, a premier law firm located in Brandon, FL, is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all stages of family law litigation-from case inception to trial-while providing compassionate and professional service to our clients.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, petitions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence

• Maintain communication and build rapport with clients, court staff, and attorneys

• Organize, maintain, and manage case files

• Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and related materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Track case deadlines and assist attorneys in managing litigation workflow

• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in family law litigation

• Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Family Law Software, Inc. (for financial affidavits)

  • E-filing systems and legal billing software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and client-focused approach

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

• Clean copy of Florida Driver's License

• Business references
