Schedule 1

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm

Location/Setting: Ft. Walton 32569

Acuity: Low; G-tube

Schedule 2

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4 hour shifts (3 days per week Monday-Friday flexibility)

or 2 days per week between Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
