Property Manager for Residential-Multi Family Residential (Apartments)ONSITE in Coconut Creek, FL85-95K+ up for experience ( {{city}})
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a 400+ APARTMENTS unit multifamily residential community in COCONUT CREEK, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resident relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance, and overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations and manage on-site staff
- Ensure high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing strategies
- Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and manage delinquencies
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing, HUD, and local housing regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and vendor contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with multifamily properties
- Experience with Yardi software is a strong plus
- Bilingual English & Spanish a PLUS
- Prior experience working with HUD or affordable housing programs is highly desirable
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
