Paid Advertising Specialist - Media Buyer
We’re looking for a proven, performance-driven Media Buyer who knows how to turn strong creatives into scalable revenue.
In this role, you’ll own the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist and Video Editor to test new concepts, identify winners fast, and scale what works.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the numbers and the creative behind high-performing ads.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Launching, managing, and scaling paid ad campaigns on:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Snapchat Ads
Monitoring performance across creatives, audiences, and funnels
Analyzing data to identify winning ads and cut underperformers quickly
Providing clear, actionable feedback on creative briefs and ad concepts
Collaborating daily with the Creative Strategist and Video Editor to plan the next ad iterations
Managing budgets, adjusting spend, and scaling campaigns profitably
Optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running profitable campaigns on Meta and TikTok
Strong analytical skills with confident, data-driven decision-making
Hands-on experience with short-form video ads
Ability to work closely with creative teams and guide creative direction using performance data
Comfortable managing daily budgets and key performance metrics
Nice to Have
Experience running Snapchat Ads
Background in fashion or DTC brands
Strong understanding of UGC-style creative and creative testing frameworks
