• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary and critical care conditions in inpatient and intensive care settings
• Interpret and act on complex clinical data (ABGs, imaging, ventilator settings, hemodynamics, and laboratory studies) to guide rapid, high-acuity decision-making
• Manage advanced respiratory support, including ventilator initiation, titration, and weaning, while coordinating multidisciplinary ICU care plans and consultations

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
