10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Tallahassee, FL, including candidates with limited or no professional driving experience who qualify for a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with operations primarily east of I‑35. • Employment and compensation: Stable W2 employment with year‑round freight and consistent work. Compensation range: $1,400 to $1,800 per week; pay issued by direct deposit weekly. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
• Training: Fully paid training program for eligible recent CDL school graduates (three to five weeks). Minimum instruction requirement for training eligibility is at least 120 hours.

• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and follow cargo‑securement procedures as required.
• Adhere to hours‑of‑service regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
