Marketing Manager

Restore Hyper Wellness – Pembroke Pines

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Events

Plan and execute weekly community outreach events, tabling opportunities, and local partnerships.

Attend networking events, fitness events, wellness events, and other community activations.

Build and maintain relationships with gyms, personal trainers, med spas, salons, chiropractors, local businesses, and community partners.

Coordinate and execute in-store events, partnership events, and promotional activations.

Identify new opportunities to increase Restore Hyper Wellness visibility throughout the Pembroke Pines community.

Minimum expectation:

1 community event or outreach activation per week.

Minimum of 4 events per month for the Pembroke Pines location.

Social Media & Brand Awareness

Manage and grow the social media presence for the Pembroke Pines location.

Create engaging local content, including reels, stories, posts, testimonials, educational content, and event coverage.

Coordinate monthly marketing campaigns and promotions.

Increase local brand visibility, awareness, and community engagement.

Ensure all marketing materials and social media content remain consistent with Restore Hyper Wellness brand standards.

Lead Management & CRM

Manage and respond to new leads through Referrizer CRM.

Build and launch marketing, text, email, and reactivation campaigns based on direction from Corporate, the GM, and DM.

Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with new and existing leads.

Track lead conversion and follow-up performance.

Maintain organized lead pipelines and client communication.

Utilize shared calendars and client trackers to maintain accountability and organization.

Business Growth & Sales Support

Help drive memberships, first-time client sales, and recurring revenue for the Pembroke Pines location.

Collaborate closely with studio leadership on local growth initiatives.

Support studio sales goals through marketing campaigns, community outreach, partnerships, and lead conversion.

Track campaign performance, event results, and ROI.

Identify opportunities to generate new leads and strengthen relationships with existing clients and community partners.

Schedule & Location Expectations

Position is dedicated to the Pembroke Pines Restore Hyper Wellness location.

Flexible schedule based on events, outreach opportunities, and marketing needs.

Some evenings and weekends will be required for community events, networking opportunities, and activations.

Weekly or biweekly meetings with GM/DM to review marketing initiatives, lead performance, upcoming events, and results.
