You might be just who we're looking for Mosquito Joe is looking for an organized, positive and professional Customer Experience Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and training of office staff to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is an on-site role at our Orlando Office. What your days will look like

• Supervise office staff to resolve issues, both specific and procedural, with call flow in the service department
• Supervise customer service activities ensuring that customers are provided with accurate information in a timely and courteous manner
• Handle escalated issues for customers
• Supervise and execute customer sales process via phone and online sales channels
• Supervise and manage customer accounts
• Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries on a daily basis
• Complete billing and invoicing of customers on a daily basis
• Communicates with management to resolve service and scheduling issues
• Daily, weekly, monthly tracking of business performance against plan
• Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
• Provides day to day leadership functional training to ensure staff development and effective contribution to the overall operation

Some non-negotiables

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field such as Business or Operations Management, or 5 years of work experience
• Minimum 1-year of supervisory experience
• Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong administrative, organization, phone and filing skills
