Your core responsibilities

• Track and reconcile inventory across warehouse, active stagings, and client installations.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets and tools for SKU-level traceability and chain-of-custody.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive them to complete resolution.
• Coordinate damage claims, warranty requests, and vendor communications with clear documentation.
• Plan and oversee movement with warehouse staff; ensure accountability at every handoff.
• Apply quality control standards that match a luxury brand.
• Design scalable processes to support rapid growth.

Success looks like

• 90 days: You’ve mastered our current systems, identified improvement areas, and built rapport with warehouse and vendor partners.
• 6 months: Enhanced tracking is live; discrepancies are under 1%; claims flow is streamlined.
• 12 months: 99%+ accuracy is the norm; you’re a go-to leader across warehouse operations; systems are expansion-ready.

About you

• 2+ years in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Strong with computers/tablets and inventory software.
• Ultra-organized and accurate under deadlines.
• Clear communicator with vendors and internal teams.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday availability in South Florida.

Compensation and benefits of the role

• Hourly: $25.00–$27.00 DOE.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends free.
• Growth: As we scale toward $25M, expand into procurement, vendor management, or logistics leadership.
