CDL A No Experience Regional Company Driver

Start your driving career with experienced professionals and begin earning immediately after CDL school without debt. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for positions based in Destin, Florida, as part of our Eastern Regional Fleet. This full-time regional dry van role includes paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.

• Pay and training
  • $850 per week during paid training
  • Paid one-on-one mentor program tailored for recent CDL school graduates
  • Assigned truck upon successful completion of the mentor program
  • Expected solo earnings after training: $1,600–$1,800+ per week

• Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
  • Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
