Commercial Property Administrator (Contract)

💲 $24 – $28 per hour

📅 Contract: 30+ Days

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🚀 Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Commercial Property Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of a Class A commercial property in the Miami area. This role reports directly to the Property Manager and works closely with the on-site property management team to ensure smooth office and tenant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
• Answer incoming calls and greet guests in a professional manner
• Provide administrative support to the property management team
• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, parking, and engineering staff
• Maintain and update vendor access logs
• Assist with planning and coordinating tenant events
• Order office and kitchen supplies
• Process incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, overnight carriers, and messenger services)
• Distribute tenant mailboxes, keys, and access cards
• Prepare and distribute tenant communications including memos, manuals, and welcome letters
• Update property tracking tools and assist with office documentation
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Management, Finance, or Economics preferred)
• 1+ year of commercial Class A property management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi and Adobe Acrobat is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
