Position: Marketing & Brand Manager

Reports to: Vice President of sales & Marketing

Direct Reports: NA

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

Develop, Implement & Manage marketing plans to grow MCF brands and new product launches; while closely interacting and collaborating with sales, supply chain and global teams. This position drives brand KPIs to achieve quarterly and annual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to grow the brand and it market share.
    • Develop & execute Go To Market Strategies (GTMS) for MCF brands and new product launches
    • Set marketing goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Manage retail promotion plans, and execute promotion analysis for payback, lift,
    • Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • . Manage social media engagement and content strategy.
    • Plan and coordinate promotional events and activities.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
    • Track campaign performance and analyze ROI.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, customer service and global marketing team
    • Train and mentor marketing staff.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Create and deliver marketing reports and presentations.
    • Communicate marketing strategies and initiatives to stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Other Duties:
    • Develop and maintain strong public relations and brand image.
    • Negotiate media contracts and manage vendor relationships.
    • Analyze website traffic and conversion rates.
    • Identify potential new markets and develop entry strategies.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  1. Minimum 5 years in the grocery sales management industry as a marketing / brand manager.
  2. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  3. Sound interpersonal and leadership skills, decisive when appropriate.
  4. Demonstrated commitment to continual learning and training of direct reports.
  5. The ability to travel frequently and whenever necessary is required.
  6. Results driven leader with the ability to identify, sponsor and champion initiatives.
  7. Team player with a solid work ethic and values, dedicated to helping the team win!
