Property Manager
Seacrest Services, Inc. is a respected leader in community association management, dedicated to providing exceptional service to residents and board members alike. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager (LCAM) to oversee the daily operations of a well-established community in Boca Raton, Florida . Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned community, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with Florida HOA laws, governing documents, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, review financial reports, and monitor community expenses.
- Coordinate and attend Board meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and oversee ongoing projects to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold maintenance standards and address any issues promptly.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Active LCAM license (required)
- Experience in property management, preferably within HOA or condominium associations
- Strong knowledge of Florida HOA laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial report review
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and reliable manner
