Property Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager (LCAM) to oversee the daily operations of a well-established community in Boca Raton, Florida . Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned community, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with Florida HOA laws, governing documents, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, review financial reports, and monitor community expenses.
• Coordinate and attend Board meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and oversee ongoing projects to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold maintenance standards and address any issues promptly.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Active LCAM license (required)
• Experience in property management, preferably within HOA or condominium associations
• Strong knowledge of Florida HOA laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial report review
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and reliable manner
