Testing Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Testing Coordinator (TC) is a 10 month, Full time position. The TC is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of a testing process, including scheduling test dates, securing testing locations, training proctors, distributing test materials, managing test administration, and ensuring compliance with testing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Administration Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive testing schedules for all required assessments.
Coordinate the distribution, collection, and secure storage of test materials.
Train all staff involved in testing administration, including proctors, on proper procedures and compliance protocols.
Monitor testing sessions to ensure adherence to testing regulations and address any irregularities.
Manage accommodations
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Review and analyze test data and generate reports
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to interpret test results and develop instructional strategies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Stay updated on all state and district testing policies and procedures.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate data collection and testing integrity.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities and related records.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and district officials regarding testing updates and concerns.
Collaborate with school leadership on date collection
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, assessment, or related field
Proven experience in administering tests within a school setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Familiarity with state and district testing regulations
