You will be the Program Management Sr Stf for the Air Dominance System Improvement Program. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative upgrades that enhance system performance, reduce costs, and increase affordability.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management Sr Stf you will be responsible for leading the execution of system improvement programs and complex developments for the Air Dominance mission area.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead execution of system improvement programs and complex developments for the Air Dominance mission area.
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, onbudget delivery.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize upgrade requirements.
- Capture new business by collaborating with customers on RFP development, proposal preparation, and negotiations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the program team.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.
Basic Qualifications:Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years
Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Leadership of cross-functional teams
Experience in risk identification and management
Quick learner
Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and successful experience with executive level presentations
Experience establishing strong customer relationships
Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
Desired Skills:
Leadership of cross-functional teams with scope >$20M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
Demonstrated performance on development programs, to include subcontracted developmental items
Experience with proposals (proposal prep, INAR, EPP, and negotiations)
Experience with missile systems & subsystems
Experience working obsolescence issues/mitigations
Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent
Experience with classified programs (collateral and special access programs)
A Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Top Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
