Prep and Line Cook

We are looking for a detail-oriented cook to master our high-standard food prep and kitchen operations, with occasional shifts out on the food trucks. This role is primarily focused on execution and consistency in the kitchen, with the opportunity to advance to full-time roles on our trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food, operate equipment, and maintain cleanliness (50 lbs lifting required).
• Deliver friendly, efficient service and supportive communication to both our guests and fellow team members.
• Able to work in extreme heat/cold and tight kitchen spaces with 2–3 teammates.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations (reliable transportation required).

We’re Looking For:
We are seeking dedicated team members who are authorized to work in the U.S. to join our growing hospitality group. While previous food service experience is a plus, we are happy to train anyone who embodies our five core pillars of success.
