Sales Manager | Full Service Hotel | Orlando Market
Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 base plus bonus
Location: Greater Orlando area
We are partnering with a well positioned, full service hotel in the Orlando market seeking a Sales Manager with strong local market knowledge. This role is focused on driving revenue through proactive sales efforts, relationship building, and strategic account development across key segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across corporate, group, and leisure segments
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and travel partners
- Prospect and secure new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and outside sales calls
- Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to align pricing and inventory strategies
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance against goals
- Represent the property at networking events and within the local community
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of hotel sales experience in the Orlando market
- Strong understanding of local demand generators and business mix
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Comfortable working both inside and outside sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms preferred
