What You’ll Do Conduct intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning Provide individual and group counseling for dual diagnosis clients Support clients in early stages of recovery with compassionate, client-centered care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a structured clinical setting Compensation & Bonuses Unlicensed: $24.46/hr ( $5,000 community-based additive) Licensed: $66K–$71K (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Licensed or license-eligible preferred Experience in mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis Perks & Benefits Student loan repayment eligibility Generous PTO & work-life balance Health, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement (up to 8% match) Tuition reimbursement & career growth Wellness programs, EAP, and pet insurance Ready to Make an Impact?
