Dietary Aide
Dietary Aide (Dishwashing Focus)
Responsibilities:
- Perform dishwashing duties, including washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining sanitation standards throughout the dietary department.
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist with food preparation and sanitation tasks.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Interact with residents in a friendly and compassionate manner.
- Assist with other dietary department duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food service, dishwashing, or healthcare preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).
