Join our team as a Lead Installer responsible for managing HVAC installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise installation crews, ensure top-quality workmanship, and deliver outstanding customer service on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, layout, and completion of installations according to code and company standards.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules with office staff and project managers.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining installation procedures and answering questions.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues as needed.
• Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC residential installation experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams or managing installation projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and building codes.
• EPA certification required, NATE certification a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
