Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a Financial Operations consultant for a big 4 audit firm. Responsibilities

• Support Learning Consultants and Project Leads in gathering and documenting project requirements.

• Assist with creating and maintaining project plans, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Coordinate the delivery of learning solutions across live, virtual, and digital formats.

• Prepare and distribute learner communications, including announcements, reminders, calendar invitations, and support materials.

• Provide logistical support for live and virtual training sessions, including technology setup, scheduling, registrations, room reservations, catering requests, training materials, and vendor coordination.

• Manage learning management system activities, including audience identification, event creation, session management, registrations, attendance tracking, and processing learning completion credits.

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to Project Leads in a timely manner.

• Take ownership of assigned deliverables while ensuring quality and incorporating feedback as needed.

• Support stakeholder and learner feedback processes and communicate revisions to appropriate team members.

• Collaborate with Enablement and Operations teams to support successful project execution and process adherence.

• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and seek to understand project context and client priorities.
