We are a privately owned outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lighthouse Point, Florida, looking for a full-time Office Manager Assistant/Physical Therapist Technician to join our team.

Office Manager Assistant (Administrative Focus):

This is a critical part of the position and requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills.

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients—greeting and assisting them warmly
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently
• Verify insurance, collect copays, and process intake paperwork
• Handle phone calls, faxing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
• Support the office manager in ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently

Physical Therapy Technician (Clinical Support):

• Assist physical therapists during patient treatments
• Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment
• Supervise and encourage patients as they perform therapeutic exercises
• Ensure the clinic environment is organized and welcoming

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in physical therapy or healthcare preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and responsible work ethic
