We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Engineer with deep expertise in malware analysis and threat intelligence. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients operationalize advanced cybersecurity tools and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize workflows, lead technical workshops, and ensure product adoption aligns with each client’s broader security strategy. Ideal candidates bring strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for solving complex cybersecurity challenges in large-scale environments.

Accountabilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in malware analysis, threat hunting, and security operations, advising clients on implementation and best practices.
• Deliver hands-on technical workshops, solution designs, and optimizations that drive customer adoption and measurable results.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Sales teams to support client retention and identify new growth opportunities.
• Translate complex security challenges into actionable plans aligned with client strategies.
• Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help evolve the platform.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%, majority remote).

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity, specializing in malware analysis, threat intelligence, or security operations.
• Strong experience with tools and methodologies such as static/dynamic malware analysis, IDA Pro, Ghidra, VirusTotal, and sandboxing environments.
• Familiarity with threat detection platforms like SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence feeds.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
