Lee Health is seeking Hospitalists & Nocturnists!

Lee Health is a non-profit organization with nearly 90 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. We have more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and over 830 employed primary care and specialty care providers. Our health system has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.

Position Information:

LPG Hospitalist Medicine is seeking board eligible/board certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians to join their team. This exclusive physician group is team-oriented, quality-focused, and industrious, and is currently seeking daytime hospitalists and nocturnists to fill positions at our acute care hospitals (Lee Memorial, HealthPark Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center and Cape Coral Hospital). These positions are 7 days on 7 days off with 12-hour shifts. There is also the possibility to work with the Lee Health Residency Program if interested. Advanced provider support is in place to help cover admissions. Daytime hospitalists typically care for an average of 18 patients per shift. Quarterly quality incentives and extra shifts are available for additional compensation.
