Position Highlights:

• Inpatient-focused role with an optional clinic day (half or full-day weekly), self-curated schedule, and “round-and-go” style - promoting work-life harmonization.

• Collaborative multidisciplinary team including physiatrists, APPs, PT/OT, medical assistants, practice managers, and administrative support - medical scribes also available.

• Serve top-tier hospitals, SNFs, LTACs, and acute rehab centers across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.

• Flexible employment model: W-2 or 1099 with a competitive base salary, collections-based bonus, and partnership track after two years.

• Full benefits package including 401(k), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, license reimbursement, and more.

Candidate Profile:

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

• Open to new graduates and subspecialty interests such as spinal cord injury, cancer rehab, amputee care, pediatric rehab, and brain injury medicine.

• Passionate about patient care, collaborative by nature, and looking to grow in a physician-led private practice.
