Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Plumber to join our team. You will be responsible for installing new piping systems, ranging from underground to final trim out. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial projects. You will be leading a crew of up to 5 people

Responsibilities

• Install new piping systems from underground to final trim out.
• Work with PEX, PVC, CPVC, and cast iron materials.
• Perform brazing and soldering tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial plumbing projects.
• Proficiency in working with PEX, PVC, CPVC, and cast iron.
• Ability to braze and solder.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong understanding of construction and mechanical systems.

Work Environment

Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Be prepared to work in various weather conditions and perform underground tasks. Employees must have their own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

This is a Permanent position based out of Riverview, FL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
