Customer Experience Representative - Remote
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our remote team and provide professional support to customers throughout the reservation and service process within the travel services industry.
In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, booking coordination, and ongoing support to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. This fully remote position includes structured onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Assist customers with reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Respond to questions and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Coordinate booking details and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completion
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning new software systems and online tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
