**Assembly/Production Associate

Responsibilities**

PrideStaff Fort Myers Metro is looking for a Assembly/Production Associate for one of our manufacturing clients.

Assembly/Production Associate would construct, assemble, and test specialized product. Follow blueprints or schematics to install components, use power tools to build units, and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet performance standards.

**Hours: **Mon - Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm

Pay rate: $17/hr.

**Location: **Fort Myers, FL

Responsibilities:**

• Assembling mechanical and electrical components.
• Checking, testing, and verifying that assembled parts meet technical specifications.
• Using various manual, pneumatic, and electric tools for production tasks.
• Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to guide assembly.
• Working as part of a team to meet production goals and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Installing, fitting, and positioning parts for complex machinery.

• Proven ability to maintain high productivity levels and meet goals within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure all components are tested and verified against strict technical specifications.
• A commitment to working effectively within a team structure to ensure production standards and safety protocols are met.
