Join a well-established and collegial anesthesia team at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, located in Sanford, Florida, just north of Orlando.
We are seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time opportunity in a supportive care team model where teamwork and clinical excellence are top priorities.
Position Highlights:
$100K sign-on bonus
Annual retention bonuses
Extra shifts available at $175/hour
9 weeks of PTO
Full-time W2 position

Case Mix Includes:
Trauma
General surgery
Orthopedics
ENT
Urology

Neurovascular
(No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant)
