Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary Peace River Citrus Products, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with 05 years of experience who are eager to grow in a collaborative HR environment. You'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Responsibilities Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters. Handle onboarding and new hire orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. Respond to employee questions about company policies, benefits, and procedures. Help administer employee benefit programs and open enrollment. Assist with employee relations issues and workplace investigations. Support training, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations. Generate reports on HR metrics as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 05 years of HR experience (internships or part-time roles welcome). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor, BambooHR, Workday) is a plus. Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Peace River Citrus Products, Inc.
