The Marketing Greeter is the first point of contact for resort guests and plays a vital role in connecting them with our marketing team. This position focuses on engaging guests, providing a warm welcome, and directing them to our resort kiosks or booths for vacation ownership opportunities, hotel stays, park experiences, and event promotions.

Responsibilities

· Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

· Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages.

· Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions.

· Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions.

· Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance.

· Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand.

· Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment.

· Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred.

· Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills.

· Ability to confidently approach and engage guests.

· Must be comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions.

· Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds.

· Must pass a background check and drug screening (WD is a drug-free workplace).
