work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Mail Distribution:
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail to various departments across a three-floor office building.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Package Handling:
- Load and unload packages received at the office.
- Coordinate with delivery services and internal teams to manage package flow.
- Event & Meeting Support:
- Assist with setup and breakdown of corporate events and meetings.
- Duties may include arranging chairs and tables, setting up speakers, and adjusting lighting as needed.
