Trade Show Manager

We are seeking a proactive and extremely organized Tradeshow Manager to join our team.
This position involves coordinating trade show participation, managing sales administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team to ensure effective operations and successful events.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of trade show participation, including pre-planning show logistics. Including, but not limited to; managing tradeshow portals, ordering booth labor/materials and electrical. Coordination of freight to and from shows.
- Liaise with FIMT sales and marketing departments to ensure seamless planning and execution of trade show appearances. This includes booth design, logistics, and scheduling.
- Organize and prepare all necessary materials and products for trade shows, ensuring everything is packed securely and arrives on time.
- Oversee the inventory stored in the warehouse, ensuring it is well organized, and maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing materials.
- Ensure weekly review and update on Market Time software to ensure the most current information is available to all reps and the system is ready for all shows
- Assist the sales team with various projects and tasks as needed. This may include; shipping samples, following up with customers, assembly of in-store demo products, market research, data analysis, or other sales support activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in maintaining CRM databases and updating sales records.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and various departments with FIMT in coordination with the VP and Director of Sales.
- Coordinate sample shipments of products or sales materials to customers, reps, and showrooms. Ensure timely delivery of all sample requests.
- Manage travel calendar and dates for sales team members attending trade shows or client meetings in coordination with FIMT travel administrator.
- Follow up on leads generated from trade shows with instruction from sales leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and materials for trade show presentations.
- Generate reports on trade show performance, sales activities, and other key metrics as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required; a college degree is highly preferred.
- Experience as a Tradeshow Manager or in a similar event coordination role is preferred.
- Extremely organized with the ability to plan and execute all aspects of trade show participation.
- Position requires good computer skills and the ability to learn new programs / procedures quickly.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
