We are seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our exceptional Food and Beverage team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our members and guests by delivering attentive, professional, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome members and guests with genuine hospitality, maintaining eye contact and a friendly demeanor at every interaction.
• Ensure tables are properly set and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Present food and beverage menus, communicate daily specials and menu enhancements, and confidently answer guest questions.
• Make thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately verify member account information for billing purposes.
• Enter orders efficiently while clearly communicating special requests or dietary needs to the culinary team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service, proactively addressing needs and ensuring an elevated experience.
• Clear and reset tables with precision, maintaining exceptional dining room standards.
• Accurately process charges and payments in accordance with club policies and procedures.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
• Uphold all local, state, and club regulations regarding responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of serving experience in hospitality, restaurant, resort, or club environments.
• Private club, fine dining, or luxury resort experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and polished service style.
• Basic computer proficiency; Club Essentials experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal business demands.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to carry service trays safely and efficiently.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
