Social Media Manager & Content Creator (AI Specialist)

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a forward-thinking **Social Media Manager** who lives at the intersection of brand strategy and Artificial Intelligence. We don’t just want someone to "post"—we want someone who can use the latest AI tools to conduct deep market research and generate stunning, brand-consistent visuals (photos, videos, and Reels) that stop the scroll.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **AI-Powered Content Creation:** Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create high-fidelity photos and graphics that strictly adhere to our brand’s color palette and aesthetic.
* **Video & Reels Production:** Leverage AI video tools (HeyGen, Runway, CapCut AI, etc.) to generate, edit, and optimize Reels and Stories that feel authentic and engaging.
* **Research & Strategy:** Use AI-driven analytics and research tools to identify viral trends, competitor gaps, and audience sentiment.
* **Brand Guardianship:** Ensure that all AI-generated content is refined and edited so it never looks "generic." Every output must be customized to our specific brand voice and HEX codes.
* **Prompt Engineering:** Demonstrate the ability to write complex prompts to get consistent results that match our brand’s unique look and feel.

### **Technical Skills Required**

* **AI Visual Tools:** Expert-level use of Midjourney (using Style References), Canva Magic Studio, or Photoshop AI.
* **AI Video Tools:** Proficiency in AI-assisted video editing (CapCut, InVideo, or similar) to create high-impact Reels and Stories.
* **Brand Consistency:** A deep understanding of how to maintain visual identity (color theory, typography, and mood) across various AI platforms.
* **Platform Expertise:** Advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

### **Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a portfolio featuring **AI-generated or AI-enhanced content.**
* Ability to demonstrate how you use AI for market research and content planning.
* Strong attention to detail (no "AI hallucinations" or weird glitches in the visuals).
* Familiarity with Hubstaff for time tracking and project management.
