Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations employee communication onboarding benefits and compliance for a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized professional discreet and comfortable working with employees at all levels. Must be able to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with new hire onboarding orientations and employee file maintenance
• Support benefits administration including open enrollment
• Maintain accurate confidential employee records documentation and HR records
• Provide HR support by answering employee questions and directing inquiries
• Prepare HR reports letters memos and internal communications
• Help coordinate employee events and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Assist HR Manager with day-to-day tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must submit to a background check and drug test
• Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic employment practices and confidentiality requirements
• Strict confidentiality is required must handle sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and HR software (training provided)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive professional and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
